Welcome to the
Faces of The Random Society! I am excited about this adventure, and
the people that will come into our lives via this blog!
I wanted to start it
off with someone dear to me. One nobody would expect, and I feel I
must speak about it before I proceed with the interview.
My step Mom has
faithfully believed in my writing since I began writing for the
public to read. She has never wavered, always cheering me on.
When my Mom was
dying and I felt so lost, she stood firm, and she stood by my words.
When I was difficult
and overcome with grief, she stood in the background and still had
faith in me. I can't say that about many people. We have had our ups
and downs, but thankfully she has become a bright spot in my life and
we are now friends, and I could not ask for a better Step Mom.
In a rather
prophetic way my Mama told me this would happen, she said when I
stopped being mad the world, and when I finally learned that I would
be alright as she passed on, I would come to know Ellie in the same
light as she had, a friend and a believer in people.
With that said, my
first interview is my Step Mom, Ellie. I must say thank you for
loving me when I was very unlovable and hard to deal with, you are a
shining star and I want the world to know you!
I give you Ellie
Hardister!
~ What is your greatest accomplishment? To know I still have compassion for others, regardless of how I was treated them.
~ What is your greatest strength and your greatest weakness? Greatest strength is my Faith in God..greatest weakness is not using that Faith in ALL things..
~ Tell me about something that has happened in your life that has changed you. Giving my heart and soul to Jesus Christ. My children and grandchildren..
~ If you could go anywhere, right now, where would you go and why? Israel..I would love to experience the atmosphere and walk where Jesus walked many years ago.
~ Do like broccoli? I do so I feel like it is a must ask question... only if it is smothered in cheese..
~
If you had a chance to change the world, how would you do it?
From the Garden of Eden up to the world we live in today we've had
choices to make. Over time there have been too many BAD choices. The
only way to change the world and make it a better place, We must turn
back to God. He said He would heal our land and without Him we will
fall.
~ If you were a color, what would you be? white, goes with any other color, it says, "I'm clean!"
~ What is the last photo you took? my grandson, Noah chopping BBQ for the church benefit..
~ If you could tell the world anything, what would it be? Here is your chance! ...Jesus is the best friend you could ever have. and on a lighter note..I want to be the reason you look down at your phone and smile, and walk into a pole.LOL
~ Tell me something random, be silly, be serious, the floor is yours...I wonder why God chose the color blue for a perfect sky and green for the grass..
~ Let's wrap this up on a fun note, if you were a clown what would your name be? TWINKLE TOES
Thank you so much Ellie for joining the blog and giving us your time and honesty. I hope this makes you feel good, and I also hope that this gives people insight. Much love and peace!
